Student Premium STILL not working

My student premium was working up until a few months ago. When I tried to renew it, my college was no longer listed. I have sent THREE applications in to SheerID to see if they can add my college but have had no reply. It's getting a bit ridiculous; my premium was working before and there's no reason my college shouldn't be registered now. I don't know what else to do because I can't afford to keep paying full price, especially when I shouldn't have to, and I have sent plenty of applications to change that, none of which have worked.

Hi there,

The wait time for SheerID university addition requests to be reviewed is, at a minimum, a 30 day wait.

Schools submitted are not guaranteed to be added, but all requests are researched and considered.

I've sent in 3 applications since November, it's now March. They clearly have not reviewed any of my requests.
