Student Premium creditcard not working

Hi, 

For several days I have been trying to switch my account to the student premium, but it doesn't work, i repeatedly get this message: 

• Het lijkt erop dat jouw kaart of bank zijn dag niet heeft. Geen zorgen; er is geen geld afgeschreven. Probeer het opnieuw of gebruik een andere betalingsmethode

Even with other credit cards I tried, I receive the same message. 

This is really frustrating me. 

How can I get my student discount?

Hi,

I've got the same problem. I am sure my creditcard is working. I checked everything but it is definately a problem of the spotify page. Is your problem solved? If yes, what can I do to solve my problem too?

If no I would like to ask spotify for a proper solution.
