Student account paying for normal price

I am a student til October 2017 I have a NUS card which runs out then as well but I am paying £9.99. I have been a student for 2 years. 

Last month I paid £4.99 but now I have to pay £9.99. Does anyone now why?

To keep your discount running, you need to renew it every 12 months here. If it isn't renewed on time, the account will go back to the regular monthly price.

When renewing your discount, you'll need to enter your payment details a, but you won't be charged again, the discount will start again on your next payment date.

Spotify always sends a notification email a few days before the discount runs out. check if you received this email notification, it might be hiding in your junk or spam folders.

If the notification is nowhwere to be found, we suggest contacting our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll take a closer look to help you out.

hello they never sent out an email stating it was going back to normal price. I only noticed once the payment came out of my bank.

I have managed to sort this out but I still didnt recieve the email statuing the offer was changing. I have made sure that all spotify emails are in a certain email folder.
