Student didn't work and now i have multiple accounts after trying multiple emails... all charging me

Student didn't work and now i have multiple accounts after trying multiple emails... all charging me

I tried to get the student Hulu + Spotify bundle but it didn't recognize my student email. So I added the student.edu instead of just .edu to the email to register and it made another account. All of which are billing me. Can I just cancel them all and cut my losses? Or even better, find out why my student access isn't being granted. I'm in class every Tuesday/Thursday so I deserve it.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
