My Question or Issue

I have been on a student discount for months now and for some reason this month my student discount was removed and got charged the regular price ? 

I applied to get the student discount once again and got approved. Who do i contact to reimburse the previous payment?

In order to enjoy your Premium for Students, you need to renew it every 12 months (up to 3 times), as long as you're eligible.

Was your subscription cancelled during those 12 months and you were charged full price?
