'Student' discount for not all students.

I'm a student at college and have been using the discount through Unidays for a year, as that is literally all I can afford. But now I'm 'not eligible' to recieve this 'Student' discount that was perviously offered to all STUDENTS, simply because I'm apparently too YOUNG to be a student???? It doesn't make sense. I understand at Uni students will have to be paying for themselves etc etc but as a college student I am in the same situation and in an even worse situation financially as I'm unable to work yet cannot recieve discounts that we should be 'eligible' too. Please sort this as I know myself and a large amountof others my age are cancelling our subscriptions.

thanks for posting !

It looks like your Premium for Students subscription was initialy made through Unidays.

However, Spotify uses SheerID to verify the eligibilty of students at the moment.

It might be possible that your college used to be listed in Unidays but not on SheerID, which would explain why you're having troubles approving your discount.

Please clarify that your school is listed so we can move forward. 

If you didn’t see your school in the list during sign up, you won't be eligible to claim the offer right away. 

However, you can request to have your college added to the list here.

and require some more info on this in the support site article. 

Note: This process might take a minimum of 30 days.
