Student discount is not working

My student Id is approved but it was mentioned that it has been already used in my another account, but i have not had student discount ever and my another account is lost, what can i do?

You might have accidentally redeemed the discount on the other account which you don't have access to, but if you still remember your credentials such as the email address linked to it for example, you can reach out to the support team in one of the ways mentioned here. They can locate it and take a look behind the scenes for you.
