Student discount issues

Hi,

 

I applied for the student discount and uploaded the required documentation supporting the fact that I am a student. It said that I was approved and asked me to put my CC in and has since charged me 4.99 four times on my CC and I still don't have the student discount (just on free spotify still).

 

Any ideas?

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status. Spotify already sent me an email saying that they verified my status as a student though, it then sent me to a link for my payment which I completed, my credit card statement said it was pending but now the transaction is gone.

I still havent been given the student discount even though i was approved. guess i'm not getting the discount....
