Student discount not working!

I use to have premium and was always paying the $9.99 a month until I found out about the studet discount. I cancelled my premium membership and tried to get the student membership but unfortantely spotify can't verify that I'm a student and it's just really annoying.... please someone help!

Sorry you're having trouble, let's see what we can do. When you signed up for the discount, you got a message saying your student status couldn't be verified, right?  How long ago was that?  It can take up to 28 days after enrolling as a student for your credentials to be listed with the verification service used in the discount process. You found your school on the list, or was that the issue? If it was just the verification that failed, you can do a manual verification using this form. Just know that it can take up to 12 hours to process.
