hallo! 
I am a student and I am entitled to a student subscription, this is not the first time I have to change my subscription. More than once Spotify has automatically thrown me out of the student tariff to premium. I find an inappropriate payment on my bank account. Please, ask you to check everything and return my money. I love Spotify, but if I have to check every month whether I have the right tariff - it is too difficult.

Thanks for reaching out! 

 

Keep in mind that the Student discount is valid for 12 months at a time, and it must be renewed every year if you want to continue with the plan (for up to 4 years). If your subscription has switched to the regular one, it means your discount has most likely expired. 

 

No worries, though. About 4 weeks before expiration, you should've received an email with instructions on how to renew and re-verify your eligibility with SheerID. If you can't find it, you can also renew it from your account page. Once the re-verification is successful and the discount is active, you'll be able to continue with the plan.
