Student premium change to Individual premium before the 12 month period

My Question or Issue

I started my student premium in October 2023. You just changed my account to inidivdual preminum plan without any notification this month.

I am very confused and I just double vertify my student account as well. My account still doesn't go back to the student account...

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If you have an active Premium Student plan, your subscription shouldn't just change to Premium Individual before the discount expires within the 12 months it's active.

About 4 weeks before expiration, you receive(d) an email with instructions on how to renew and re-verify your eligibility with SheerID.

To find out when exactly you've verified yourself for the discount, I recommend checking the eligibility email from SheerID as well as your Receipts / Order History page.
