Student verification didnt go through and I've been overcharged for several months

I've sent the verification several months ago for my spotify student discount, instead I've been charged 9.99€ and now I try to verify again using SheerID and it states that I've already used this offer. Yes, I did, and I've been playing the normal price for months with my "supposedly" verified and used offer.

I would like to contact with spotify's support to adress this issue as soon as possible as I am not willing to be overcharged another month.
