I tried on iphone and macbook both

Hi guys . I'm trying to get student premium plan but every time i try to confirm I'm student there's this : "Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student.
Please check your details and try again". I checked all my information over and over again. Everything is correct. Can anyone help me?

Thank you for posting on the Community, and welcome!

 

Whenever you encounter an issue when verifying a Student Discount, it's always a good idea to go through the process using an incognito window. And if possible, a different internet/mobile network.

 

Please give it a shot and check how it turns out.

 

If the error persists, then we suggest you contact our folks from SheerID, they're the service in charge of verifying your discount. Here's the link.
