My Question or Issue

I cannot update the card for my payment, I have reached out to the support but they just told me try incognito mode and if that doesn't work out we can't do anything else for you. (The error I receive is ( Oops, something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team.)

Thanks for your reply.

 

Your payment method is stored until your account reverts to Free.

 

You can also try using a different payment method or cancel your current subscription and wait until the account reverts to Free. Once it's back on the Free plan, you can try re-subscribing here.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Can you please make sure that...

  • your card is open for recurring and online transactions
  • you have set a 2-factor authentication for your card

Once this has been done, you can try subscribing through another browser, another device, or through a different network (e.g. mobile data).

Hi there thanks for writing back. I tried all the above options its still not working out for me and when i cancel my membership and resubscribe it still takes my previous card.
