My Question or Issue

So I am a student, and recently re-verified my student status, but this month I have been charged the full amount for Spotify Premium and when I go to try and verify again, it says I have already done this .... how do I get my discount refunded and ensure next month I don't get overcharged again?

Do not worry, this is a problem that many users are facing in the discount for students. The best way to resolve this is to contact the customer support team here. They will be able to take a look at your account and see what is happening.
