Verified for student premium discount but still being charged £9.99

Hello,

I have verfied myself as a student, it says "You have already redeemed this offer." 

However i am on the regular plan for £9.99 instead or £4.99. I was hoping someone could help me with this, since i have been verfied for about 2 months and have been charged £9.99 for both months.
