My Question or Issue

I had my students status re-newed 10th of June and received an e-mail from Spotify saying "You're verified"... 

I was still charged the full price for a Premium account in July, and would like to get the 50 DKK back.

Thank you.

Sorry to hear about the issue with being charged at the full rate. In this case, it'd be best to reach out to our support team with the info for the charge within 14 days of the payment being made.
