When my student premium will start ?

So, it took the money for student payment and i had a email after 5 hours 16 hours ago that they didin't see a valid time on my student transcript. So about 10 hours ago i sent my transcript with visible dates and times plus, i sent my student file that is from our government page as pdf file. Still my student premium didin't start. Please help me ?

When sending manual information to get the discount, it could take a few days to get a reply.

Once your details are validated, you'll receive an email confirmation with a button to "Complete purchase". Once you click this button and enter your payment details, the subscription will start right away.

In case you see a payment already drafter from your account, don't panic. This could just be a pending transaction that should go back to your bank account soon.
