Why does my subscription stay on premium 10 euro if i changed it to students discount?

hello, i wanted to change my subscription, to student discount for 5 euros a month. I filled in al the things I had to but it still says that my subscription will be automatically charged 10 euros! please help me

have you ever received an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility?

If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.

You should check these payment requirements first.

If you didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.
