Wrong email for confirmation of my student ID

Hey, i’ve had a problem with my Spotify Subscription. For the last years i have a student subscription, moreover last week i checked my student ID in order to confirm my Student Plan. Apparently i made a mistake with my email, and i was charged with the Individual plan. I contacted the SheerID  Support and they told me that i have to contact Spotify Customer Support in order to fix this issue.

I was signing up for premium account for students. And I saw that my Id was already attempted to be used. I did not use it. And now I am unable to buy it. What should I do in this case. I can assure you that my Id has not been used for buying premium by me.

As I said I can't receive the student verification code because i typed in the wrong email can anyone help me with that please?
