Hi there
I had a premium account through Apple, and I realized it costs more. So I applied for a student account and $5 was charged from my account but I never heard back. What should I do?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that it's just a pending charge. There's more info about this here.

 

Keep in mind that the good folks over at SheerID are the ones that verify your student credentials. If you were not verified, we suggest you contact them for more info. You can find them here.
