cannot pay via phone bill (student discount)

my account is verfied for student discount. the options for the payment are credit card or phone bill.i can't pay via phone bill though my balance on my phone bill is enough for paying the subscription. what did i miss here?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

First, we'd suggest to ensure that you have enough credits to cover the actual price of the subscription as well as any taxes that could be added on top of the actual price.

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend reaching out to the good folks at Fortumo so they can take a closer look for you.
