iPhone app can't recognize my student premium.

My Question or Issue

I subscribed the Student Premium with Hulu and Showtime. However, when I log in to my account on my iPhone and iPad, the app still shows that I only a free account. Also, when I try to link my Spotify account with Hulu and Showtime, Hulu and Showtime prompt a message, saying that there is an error to link my account from Spotify.

Hope you're doing well! 

Could you try signing in/out of your Spotify app? If that doesn't help, let's try a clean reinstall. If you're still having issues, please send me a screenshot of the error message that's being shown when you open the app.

In terms of linking your SHOWTIME and Hulu accounts to Spotify, did you receive an email regarding the next steps to take? Also, could you send me a screenshot of what's happening when you try to link your accounts (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community) so I can take a closer look?
