I am trying to sign up to premium with a student card, however the screen where it asks for your nus extra number is inaccessible.

When you say the screen is inaccessible, are you getting any error message or do you mean something else?

Hi,

I fill out the first screen which asks for the payment details and then
when I move to the second screen I am unable to access the box where it
asks for the student card number with my cursor. I can access the date
boxes below I am a mature student with the open university could this be
why?

Does the same thing happen from a different device, or browser? Also, we'd recommend trying things in an incognito window if possible.

 

If that doesn't work, does clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing help?
