My Question or Issue

 Last month the payment took place on 18 August, while this month on 11 September, exactly 1 week before!! How can I get my week of Spotify back? Payment's receipts proove al this facts.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay!

 

Your billing date is usually the same or around the same time every month. You can view more info here.

 

Keep in mind that if a regular Spotify payment doesn’t go through on the usual renewal date for example, you'll be notified and you won't immediately lose your subscription. We’ll keep trying to take the payment over the next few days. That could explain why you may be seeing a payment taken later than usual.
