My Question or Issue

Merhaba. 

Geçtiğimiz ayda sizinle iletişime geçtim fakat bana fayda sağlayan bir cevapla karşılaşmadım ne yazık ki. Geçtiğimiz aylarda öğrenci üyeliğimi yeniledim ve onaylama maili de geldi. Fakat benden hala normal premium ücreti almaya devam etti. Aynı şekilde bu ay da planımda ücret böyle gözükünce üyeliğimi iptal ettim. Tekrar spotify öğrenci premium'a başvurduğumda ise bu teklifi daha önceden kullandın yazısıyla karşılaştım. Şu anda premium üyeliğim iptal durumda. Okulumdan mezun olmadığımı da belirtmek isterim. Bu konu hakkında bir çözüm bulamadım, yardımcı olabilir misiniz?

Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't mind me replying in English 🙂 

After you are verified as a student, all you have to do is activate the student discount on your Spotify account. That way the Premium Student price will apply instead of the Premium one. 

To apply the discount on your account you must re-enter your payment details. Don't worry, you won't be charged twice when you do so. 

Here's how the process goes:

1. You must first verify yourself as a student through SheerID.

2. Then, you must update your payment details so that the Premium Student price can be applied (click on Get Discount).

3. After that, to see if this worked out, you can check your subscription page.

Let us know what happens when you try this. 

For your ease, you can update the payment details in an Incognito window on a desktop device. If you receive an error message, give us a screenshot (but hide all private details).

Can you go back to your inbox and open the confirmation email you mention you've received from SheerID. You should be able to apply the discount on your account by clicking the link in that email.
