premium with student discount

premium with student discount

Hey! I have a question: I am studying in Germany and I have a german bank account I have activated my Premium Abo with. I finished my money on my card while I was in Italy on holidays so my Abo got frozen. I loaded my visa and I proceeded with the payement while in Italy, using my Unidays code to activate my discount as usual. I received two emails: one email from Spotify which was basically the receipt of payement and another email from Paypal telling me I've ordered a payement for spotify. After 30 min that my spotify account was still frozen after the payement I clicked on "downgrade to free" just because since I had Internet connection I wanted to listen to music anyways until Premium would be activated. After two days I still haven't upgraded to Premium though. I also tried to pay again but It's not working...when I try to pay using the student discount it says my code as already being used by another account (?) and when I try the normal premium it says there is a problem with my visa. Spotify hasn't already took off money from my bank account though. Does it has to do with the fact that I proceeded with the payement from Italy? Or what should I do?

If someone of you could help me would be sooo cool!
