My Question or Issue

Hi,

I currently am on a family plan but recently found out about the student plan so I wanted to make sure my college was part of that discount. Using my existing account (I'll call it Account 1), I put in my college credentials and sure enough I was verified.

 

But because I did the verification on Account 1, when I created a new Account 2 specifically for the college discount, it says my college credentials had already been used on another account. Is there any way I can remove the college validation I used on Account 1? 

 

I plan on giving Account 1 to someone else in my family and using Account 2 for myself but I keep getting this error message. I appreciate any help.
