My Question or Issue

 I have student premium and I was charged full price for the most recent payment. Is there a way to change the payment to the student premium price, instead of being charged for full price? Also, I tried the Hulu and Showtime subscriptions but I want them both to be deactivated. How can I do this? I checked both sites and they do not have a link to deactivate my accounts.

First step we'll take is going through the terms and conditions of student accounts here and see if you are fully eligable and haven't reached any limits on the usage of the suscription.

In addition, for disconnecting other services connected to your Spotify account follow this steps :

- Log in to your account

- Click on your profile picture

- Click on "Account"

- Click on "Manage Plan" for the service you wish to edit.
