hey guys, yesterday i got the email that being a student had been confirmed. The email does not contain any links. Whats next? Every time i click on "student discount", it says i have to do the verification again. And this shows up:"You have already redeemed this offer". I don't know where to click, haha! Any ideas?

Hey @Bálint, welcome to the Community!

 

Try checking your Subscription Overview to see if the discount was already applied to your account. If you see you're Free, try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps.

After all, i figured out that the e-mail had the link, but it could not  been seen because it was placed in a white field, so i clicked on it by an accident and i could finally move on!
