subscription didn't change

subscription didn't change

Hello lovely people!
 
Last month I had confirmed my student status and changed my subscription from normal premium to student for the following month (that started today)
 
Which is why I was shocked to see right now that I just got charged the normal premium as usual and saw in my account that indeed - I was still normal premium.

Is there a way to change it for this month?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting!

 

When you sign up for the Student Discount, there's a process that needs to be completed. 

 

After you receive an email confirmation saying that the discount was approved, it's necessary to update your payment details in order to have it applied to your account. 

 

Please go to your email, look for the latest email received from "SheerID" (the service that approves the discount). In that email you should find a link that asks you to update your payment information, after you follow it you'll be able to see the new price on your Account Overview

 

If you're not able to find said email, you can try from this link. Just click on Get Started and follow the steps.
