Experiences with Content Recommendations on Spotify, other platforms

Hello, we are Human-Computer Interaction researchers at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) studying how people experience online recommendations.

Are you an active user of Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, or YouTube? Have you ever been recommended content by these platforms that seemed unusual or interesting? We invite you to participate in a research study that explores how recommendations on these popular platforms, and the transparency of data behind them, shape your online experience. Your voice will contribute to a deeper understanding of how data practices affect user comfort with online content platforms.

Your input will remain confidential and anonymous.

The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. Users must be 18 or older.
