Have you ever worked hard on a playlist before just to score 0 likes? This 3 section Guide will go over important solutions and ideas to help you gain playlist attention, below are the 3 main topics.
Section 1 - Playlist Structure
Section 2 - Sharing Platforms
Section 3 - Music Games/Activities
Playlist Structure
First decide on a Playlist Title thats interesting and doesn’t copy someone else’s title. It’s important to never change the name so current listeners can recognize it. My favorite part besides Discovering great music is designing the Playlist Art Image. I use image editing software whenever creating Playlist art so make it your own, Make It POP! Don’t forget to add a short description that describes the type of music or certain vibe the playlist represents. Well now we have that cleared away, obviously add the music! Take in consideration that first impressions are everything, so carefully select your best songs and place them at the TOP . When Discovering new music, sometimes i will manually place songs in a particular location on the list. The reason I do this is either Albums Matching, Songs Sounding Similar, Shifting Genre/Vibe, or this Song Sounds killer so I moved to track #1. Take Note the Default for Newcomers are set to Custom view , which means they will view your playlist on how you manually categorized it unless they decide to change it. Crucial! Take time Discovering UNDERRATED BANDS! The majority of People follow playlists to find new music. A strategy I use is actually implemented within Spotify and it’s easy to do. Simply create a playlist, add a few songs preferably 4-8 songs. Under where it says “Recommended Songs” A list of 6 songs will appear and be sure to hit Refresh repeatedly for better result. Check out This Tip! Admire any Bands with Low Follower Count? This is what you do, Continuously play there songs from your playlist Over, Over And OVER Again. If that means adding 200 songs to queue while you sleep Do It!!!! It’s possible the Playlist will be spotted on Discovered On Located below on Artist Page. Take it even further! Reach out to Band directly from Facebook. Below are some other Great Tips
Below are visual examples to enhance playlist which I discussed earlier.

Section 2 Sharing Platforms…….Coming Soon
Thanks for sharing your insights! Looking forward to section #2.
Now, before anything, I hold no naive expectations regarding my playlists. They're simply not the kind to ever gain a lot of traction. But I'm intrigued by the part on getting one's playlist to appear on an artist's profile. That's the kind of exposure I mostly rely on, since I don't promote my playlists on social media platforms.

I wonder if this actually has any impact?
I've tried that trick several times - not 200 repeated plays, but more like a dozen - with artists who have <100 monthly listeners and <5 playlists in their Discovered On section.
Sometimes, after repeating a track just 2 times, my playlist miraculously appeared on their profile. But in other cases, after playing e.g. 10 times, nothing happened. After various more repeats: still nothing.
It felt I was trying to trigger an algorithm that's largely a mystery to the artist and end user. Possibly discriminatory by default. As in: if cases "A" and "B" are near similar, there's no guarantee they'll get the same treatment.
But if other users can confirm "repeated song plays" by one's own account can boost their playlist, I'll surely give that another try.
Thank you so much Benjubukkah for the reply. Okay I will say didn’t start this method until my playlist hit around 200 likes. I was contemplating mentioning this until section 2 which overlaps with playlist Share Ability. I feel like the number of likes has a huge role appearing on “Discovered On”. Will Cover this more in depth soon. Once I noticed my playlist on the chart at the bottom (displays around 80 playlists total) I listened to the band constantly eventually reaching top 10

Considering the "Discovered On" section, The least songs are playlisted in official Spotify playlists more chances you have to see your playlist appears in this section. So, yes, it's important to try to be unique and to target some niche to get out of the masses.
