You can follow the steps here to change your email address. If you find any issues following these steps, please let me know what you tried and the errors, if any, that you get. A few screenshots will be useful too.

we have tried that, does not work.  For some reason it has an old, invalid email as the main email; and when we try to add in the new email, it keeps saying "that email already exists"
