Hey everyone,
It’s Friday again, so time for another Question of the Week! 😄
Fun Fact, the 18th of March is World Sleep Day, so Happy World Sleep Day everyone! 💤
Following the theme, the Question of the Week this week is:
🛏 What are your favourite songs/podcasts that help you fall asleep? 😴
This can be a specific podcast/song, or a Podcast series or music playlist!
✨ Let us know yours the comments!✨
Have a great week everyone!
Regards,
- BK 🌸
Good question, B! I almost always listen to Sleepcove for falling asleep; they have several themes which I usually listen to and he reads stories/books as well. 📚🌀

Thanks for the question!
I discovered a very strange collection of albums about ten years ago when I was searching for some obscure Royksopp songs. The collection is called LateNightTales, and there are 45 or so albums within the series. They are all different, but have a similar eerie, ominous, wallflower sound that is fantastic for...well, late nights, and wine drinking, cooking dinner, or anything relaxing. I find them to be romantic, sexy, or sleep inducing depending on the one you choose.
Here's my favourite one for sleeping:

Here is their website: https://latenighttales.co.uk/
Maybe some of you will enjoy the series! There's even a few spoken tracks by Benedict Cumberbatch called Flat of Angles which has four parts.
the sound of silence 🤫
shhhh let me sleep
Here's a playlist of music that sleep can't resist:

Enjoy the weekend.
Nice topic 💚
Music that helps me sleep would be (to some extent), depressing music.
With slow saddening songs, especially anime theme songs.
I love it though ❤️
That is an interesting question - I just... sleep 🙈 I usually read books before bed, so I guess my choice would be an audiobook. 📚🎶
I fall asleep with this.

For me, some kind of love mashups is medicine for sleep. Whenever I go to bed, I put run some love mashup on youtube and feel good sleep.
anyhow I also Love the PIANO game sound.
A dose of exhilaration and euphoria before going to sleep 💓
late to the topic, but this playlist always is able to knock me right out:

I either listen to no music or listen to minecraft music I like it because it's nostalgic.
