Great question, @Soundofus!

By being a member of the Spotify Community, I’m primarily looking for opportunities to share music with Community members who enjoy the same genres as I do, as well as to discover new music that I like from listeners with similar music taste. However, I'm also sometimes looking for opportunities to reply to Help topics that I am familiar with, as I enjoy providing suggestions to other Spotify users who’ve posted their questions on the Community.

As a community member, I'm looking to collaborate AS a community to bring organic change to the way we use and see the Spotify platform. We all have visions and ideas of how something works, but through careful design and idea generation, its possible to charrette our way to a product that benefits us all.

As a member of spotify community I was looking for way to communicate with spotify development team. there are many missing common-sense UI / UX features and annoying discrepancies between desktop and mobile app. Like for example

So far my experience is quite disappointing. not to mention brutally unintuitive UI of the community website.
