App status changed to "Disabled and blocked"

Hi,

 

Client ID: 35a4f90c6a3245acaade75de4922beca

 

My app status has been changed without any email to explain why. I hit rate limits while making changes to how I call the API recently, so I'm wondering if this is the reason. I have since made changes to minimise API calls, so this shouldn't be an issue.

 

I'd appreciate the chance to appeal this, or at least be given an explanation as to why it has happened so I can avoid it in the future.
