Dev team doesn't speak English?

Hi there!

I've been submitting extension requests for a while now going back and forth with the spotify team for my app, and each time they reject it on the premise that "Spotify content cannot be ingested into an AI model," when that's not the case with my app. After the first time, which I assumed to be misconception, I clearly included in my request the workflow of my app and a clear disclaimer that no spotify content gets fed to the AI. Yet, the app is still being rejected, so I was wondering if the people who review the apps speak a different language or they need this information somewhere else? I submitted my request in English so I'm not sure if they just completely ignored the description or they don't speak the language? Anyone have any issues or solutions regarding this?
