Is extended quota mode strictly tight to one domain ?

So, can website b access the api with extended quota mode using website a extended quota mode credentials ?

Use case : i want to change my website domain name, and i'd rather not go through another round of extension request.

If you can add a new redirect URI, it is possible to keep using your existing app credentials with your new domain.
