Programmatical retrieval of playlists without email addition to the app

Hello, I would like to ask if there is a way to programmatically access someone’s playlists without adding their account to my app registered in the Spotify Developer Dashboard.

The idea is that the person would authenticate, and I would retrieve their playlists, but their email would not be registered in my app.

If you have a working app, you can request a quota extension. When your app is approved, everyone can use it without the whitelist. You can read more about it at this page.
