My Question or Issue

Greetings! This note is intended for your Social Impact Department.

Let me first thank you for your awesome service! I love my Spotify account and appreciate the access to so much fantastic music and content! Big Thanks!

My primary reason for writing today is that I founded a nonprofit called Hope Straps (https://www.hopestraps.org/). We are a new 501(c)3 aimed at spreading hope and access to resources for people experiencing homelessness.

I would like to include a "Songs of Hope" section on my site. In theory, this section would connect to your service.

When I search Spotify for "Hope Playlist", I see six playlists of varying lengths. Could folks utilizing my site access these specific playlists and perhaps only these playlists?

I would certainly entertain a fee for this service or if this initiative is in line with Spotify's social missions, perhaps a discount or in-kind donation is feasible?

I appreciate your consideration.

Elie

Hey there @ElieZarem,

Thanks for reaching out.

We can confirm that there isn't any kind of partnership to make this specific request happen. Keep in mind that Spotify is for personal use, so accessing our catalog needs to be done through the app.

As an alternative, you can create your own Spotify account and create the playlist you want, making sure it meets the guidelines. You can then post the playlist on your website without any problem. Another point to keep in mind is that in order to listen to the songs, all users need to be logged into a Spotify account.

We understand this is not exactly what you'd like to do, but it's the best option we can offer at the moment.

Cheers!
