What scopes require an compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act

We didn't get our product integrated with spotify due to a lack of an US infringement agent, a "note & take down" policy and a infringement policy. Is this required for all scopes or just the ones regarding privacy? We simply want people to share what they are listening too, so that users can click the song and be redirected to spotify.

According to the Spotify Policy, you are not allowed to build products or services that mimic, or replicate core user experience of Spotify.
At the desktop app of Spotify, you already have the ability to follow your friends and see what they are listening to.

Therefore you got the takedown notice most likely.
