When I invite my wife in the Duo Premium, it only works a few hours and she get free again!

That's odd. Have you noticed any pattern to this? Perhaps after logging in on a specific device or something similar? It's possible that the system detects an unusual/suspicious behavior with her account which leads to her having to reverify as a member in your Duo plan.

Are you using any VPN services? If so, try disabling them to see if the issue would still occur.
