Добрый день! Подключил подписку Premium через мобильного оператора МТС. В веб-версии мой план отображается без ошибок - Spotify Premium. Однако в мобильной версии он так и не поменялся с Free. Помогите, пожалуйста, исправить эту ошибку.

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Also, attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing exactly and let me know if you’re able to use your Premium features.

I’ve restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. It didn't help solve the problem. I can’t use premium features.

Thanks for the screenshots.

Can you also make sure you’re logged into the right account? You can find accounts following these steps.

 

Another way you can check to see if both accounts are the same is by checking to see if both usernames match both on the app and on the website (from the first screenshot you sent me).
