2 Payments Have Gone From My Bank Acount

2 Payments Have Gone From My Bank Acount

I have just checked my bannk statement and it shows 2 payments going out to Spotify and i can't find any way of contacting someone to dispute this with, i also want to change the date this comes out of my account because it's the day before payday and sometimes fails because there is nothing in there, someone please advise.

We recommend you check out this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.
