2 payment charges from Spotify, one from another country.

My Question or Issue

 I reviewed my bank account, and on December 3rd, there are 2 payment charges for $9.99 CAD. They are listed as:
"Spotify IDCODE "
and
"Spotify SAMEIDCODE Stockholm SWE"

Is my account compromised? Will I be charged twice? I, just now, changed my password for my account. However, there were no unknown devices on the list. Is there supposed to be 2 charges?
