3 months premium offer failed

Hello, im from indonesia

Ive paid spotify premium for 3 months offering for IDR 150k, but in the setting page of my spotify, its only erittent that my days left for offline mode only 29days left.. ive paid for 3 months, can u fix this?

Hey @Eld123,

Premium subscribers must go online with Spotify at least once every 30 days. This is so Spotify can check that your subscription is still active and count track plays to compensate artists.

If you don’t go online with Spotify at least once every 30 days, any tracks you have downloaded for offline listening are automatically removed from your device.
