Could you check your receipts and send me a screenshot of all the receipts on that page? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Also, could you make sure it's just an authorization charge? Spotify will usually take a small fee - to make sure the card is valid, but will give you the money back (like the charge never happened).
