A month of payment after the 3 month trial, my subscription litterally vanished!

My Question or Issue

I registered for the 3 month trial, and at the end of it decided to keep the 9.99/month subription, it all went great until i tried to link up alexa with my account, and my subscription, along with all my playlists, literally vanished. The month i paid for wasn't even over. Trying to forget about this inident, i am now trying to get the student subsription, since i am a student, but it tells me that because i have already had the 3 month trial, i cannot get that plan, and there is no way to just start payment right now as a student, ignoring the 3 month trial. Man I am so **bleep** at spotify righ now.
