Ads after premium plan payment

I have paid for my premium plan but why do the ads still keep showing?

Open your account overview page and make sure that your Premium payment is listed there.
If that is the case, log out of the app and log in with the same credentials used above.

In case the issue remains and you continue seeing ads, let us know on which platform this happens and what your Premium plan is and we'll gladly take a further look into things for you.
